A physical altercation between two students at the Ocho Rios Primary School in St Ann on Monday spilled over into the Vice Principal’s office later in the day, and then on the streets when other teachers got involved.
According to a police report the male’s mouth was cut during an altercation with another child. His mother sought clarity inside Vice Principals office in the presence of her son, whose cellphone was confiscated. What happened after the parent’s request to have the phone denied, ended with charges of assault occasioning bodily harm laid against both the VP and the parent. Watch the report:
