Dr. Winston De La Haye has been formally introduced as the People’s National Party’s challenger for the St. Catherine East Central Seat, who will be going up against the Jamaica Labour Party’s current Member of Parliament Alando Terrelonge.
The big wigs of the party and supporters were out in their numbers at the Cedar Grove Academy in Gregory Park Portmore on Sunday.
De La Haye says since his campaign started he has received overwhelming support.
He replaces Arnaldo Brown, who was defeated by Terrelonge in February 2016 by 479 votes.
