In light of the disappearance of social media influencer, Donna-Lee Donaldson, the Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) served a witness interview notice on the woman district constable, embroiled in the incident. The witness interview was conducted on Wednesday, with the woman district constable accompanied by her attorney.
Her attorney, Oswest Senior Smith, says approximately 250 questions were posed to his client. He says the constable who is not a suspect is firmly of the view that she ought not have any reason to be worried.
Meanwhile, INDECOM Commissioner, Hugh Faulkner, says the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) will be provided with a copy of the transcript as well as a copy of the recorded interview. He notes that subsequent to the issuance of the witness interview notice, Constable Noel Maitland, was charged for the murder of Donaldson. Watch the report:
