Woman Says Health Officials Are Lying About Partner’s Death

“Health Officials Are Lying” – A woman is accusing the Mandeville Regional Hospital of giving a false account of her partner’s death. Andrea Forbes, the common-law wife of a man who died at the hospital recently, argues that despite what doctors say, her partner did not die from COVID-19.

The 17 th of November was just the start of a harrowing journey for both herself and her partner.  Forbes says on that day, she took Mr. Banton to the Mandeville Regional Hospital to receive treatment for a lung infection.

She says he was examined, given antibiotics and a cough medicine, and then sent home. According to her, she requested an x-ray, but it was not granted.

Two months later, on January 19, she took him back to the hospital for the same issue. This time, he was admitted up until the 27 th of January, when he died.

Even though some of the symptoms she describes are COVID -19 related, Andrea Forbes is convinced her partner, who was hypertensive, did not die from the virus.

On the morning before he passed, he recorded his last words to her, seemingly aware that he was nearing his end. Though most of his words were unintelligible, the chilling words, “I’m not sure if i’ll make it back’ can be heard clearly.

Andrea Forbes says to this day, she hasn’t been tested, adding that health officials have been giving her the run-around.

She’s adamant that the hospital’s claim is false.
