On Wednesday, Prime Minister Andrew Holness met the new Caribbean Maritime University (CMU) Council, one he says is made up of persons of good character.
This while the institution remains under scrutiny for exorbitant spending on lunch supplies and computer equipment among other things.
Prime Minister Holness says the new CMU council is the change needed, it has full authority to ensure the institution is managed properly.
