Minister without portfolio for Economic Growth And Job Creation, Matthew Samuda, has come out in defense of the government following recent criticisms of being inefficient by the opposition. He addressed the claims while speaking at an opening ceremony for a new water pump station in Westmoreland.
He says the notion of the Prime Minister just cutting ribbons is rather shallow, as it’s symbolic of hard work.
The senator also reiterated the government’s commitment to ensuring the water system in Jamaica is up to standard. More details here:
