Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) moves forward on its digital roadmap by unveiling its inaugural non-cash location at Regal Plaza, 15B Old Hope Road, Cross Roads. Set to commence operations today (December 1, 2023), during regular office hours (Mon-Wed 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Thur & Fri 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.), the cashless office complements the services offered at the Cross Roads Tax Office.

Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) has taken another step along its digital road map, with the introduction of its first non-cash location in the Cross Roads area. The cashless office located in the Regal Plaza, 15B Old Hope Road, Cross Roads becomes operational on Friday, December 1, 2023, and will operate the standard opening hours (Mon – Wed 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Thur & Fri 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.). The new office is an expanded service feature of the existing Cross Roads Tax Office, located across from it.
Taxpayers are advised that the location will only offer non-cash services, which means that persons may only conduct their transactions using a credit card or debit card to make payments. Additionally not all services will be available at the location. Those being offered are:
