Meanwhile, As the Trump administration continues to aim Cuban medical missions, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio emphasized a short while ago that his administration's issue with Cuban doctors is in relation to breach in labour standards with the doctors not being paid, not with the doctors themselves. He added that he will engage with Jamaican leaders to get a better understanding of how the doctors are treated in the country.
