A study recently released by the Caribbean Policy Research Institute (CAPRI) has sparked much debate and controversy, with specific interest placed on one of its findings, that minors should be able to access abortion without parental consent. The recommendation has been flatly denounced in certain quarters as atrocious, disgraceful and alarming.
