Confronting Child Predators

Confronting child predators and the mechanisms to protect the innocent. There were 9,836 reported cases of abuse against children in 2020, and sexual abuse accounted for 20 percent of that amount. On average, prior to the outbreak of Covid 19, there were 1,200 reports of child abuse per month. We discuss this deeply concerning issue with Forensic Psychiatrist, Dr.Clayton Sewell, who is dedicated to researching violence, criminal offending and mental health and former President of the National Parent Teacher Association of Jamaica, Everton Hannam.
