Crime costs, Jamaica is paying the ultimate price, slow and low economic growth, social instability, and generally poor outcomes in education, productivity, and health tell a sad tale of the situation we find ourselves in. Is there a way out?

Is it an egg and chicken situation? For economic growth and prosperity to take place do we need to fix the crime problem or is it the other way around?
