Examining the COVID-19 Black Market in Jamaica

There are delaying concerns in approving private labs to conduct COVID-19 tests that might have motivated a thriving underground testing business.

But this can only lead to more challenges for Jamaica, as those found to be positive under these conditions are not obligated to report their status to the Ministry of Health.
