With just over a week to go before a number of new violations become ticketable offences, and with the absence of an obvious public education campaign, Head of the Public Safety and Traffic Enforcement Branch (PSTEB) of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF), ACP Gary Mckenzie joins us to advise the motoring public on some of the new violations to avoid under the act.
