Extensive Fines Associated with Breaches of the DRMA

DRMA drama, the CVM Live Panel analyse the controversial legislation most linked to COVID-19 containment, the Disaster Risk Management Act, (DRMA) which has been steadily expanded since the onset of the pandemic to include the circumstances in which the act can be invoked and fixed penalties for breaches.

We look at its application, its structures relevant to COVID-19, as well as its positioning relative to the Constitution.
