Jamaica: Can The PNP Change? Or Will It Die?

PNP Change?- Change is not always easy for organizations to handle; the People’s National Party (PNP) is facing one of its most significant challenges since its founding, just over 80 years ago. Its Youth Organization – People’s National Party Youth Organisation (PNPYO) has insisted that the party must change or die. But is the PNP able to navigate change? Does it have the leadership skills the competencies necessary to skillfully traverse its current crisis? To discuss we are joined by PNP strategist and the University of the West Indies – Mona (UWI) Lecturer, Canute Thompson.
