Murder Is Down By 20.7 Percent Since Start of 2023

Positive figures are being reported by the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF), as there has been a decline in serious crimes in Jamaica when compared to the same period last year. What are some of the factors which may have contributed to this decline? Or is it a mere coincidence?
