U.S. President Joe Biden announced on Thursday, September 9, a partial vaccine mandate that could impact up to 100 million Americans, and potentially even more non-Americans right across the world.
The measures which call for all states to adopt vaccine requirements for all federal workers and contractors, school employees, healthcare workers and requiring all employers of over 100 people to ensure workers are vaccinated or tested, is the boldest yet from the Biden Administration, in an attempt to counter the spread of the virus as well as a large and vocal antivaxx movement.
