Panel Discussion

Strengthening Legislation for Praedial Larceny

In our Panel Discussion, we zone in on the age-old problem of praedial larceny, how it impacts farmers and the general economic fallout. We assess some of the steps taken to mitigate the scourge and the present state of farming with Managing Director, and President of the Mavis Bank Coffee Factory, Norman Grant who is also the former President of the Jamaica Agricultural Society and a farmer who is the former President of the Small Business Association of Jamaica, Hugh Johnson.
