The Countdown To the New Road Traffic Act

Public compliance is being urged, in the lead-up to the implementation of the new Road Traffic Act on February 1, 2023. However, dissatisfaction in some quarters, at the provisions surrounding the transition arrangements for the resolution of outstanding tickets, appears to highlight some lingering public uncertainty.
