The Rights of Jamaican Migrant Workers

The rights of Jamaican migrant workers, that is the topic of discussion, following claims that in some places, their treatment is akin to “systemic slavery”. To explore the issues we are joined by Canadian Immigration Lawyer Mackeda Bramwell of Koradek Law and Andrew Morrison Mighty Head of the Civil Litigation Department at the Kingston, Jamaica Law Firm-TWP Attorneys as well as being a  lawyer with the Toronto Law Firm, Morrison-Mighty Law.
