The Star Project and Its Impact on Crime In East Downtown

The Project STAR (Social Transformation and Renewal), which is aimed at transforming communities, often deemed volatile and vulnerable, has expanded its outreach with one of its latest projects being East Downtown, particularly the communities of Rose Gardens and Parade Gardens. How successful has the project been in its first 7 months, in reversing poor social outcomes?
