We will be exploring if there have been any significant changes to the country’s security environment, the commissioner’s report, and recommendations. We will discuss with our guests Professor Anthony Harriot, retired professor of Political Sociology, who was a commissioner for the West Kingston enquiry, and in-studio Peter Champagnie QC one of the attorneys who were present at the West Kingston Commission of enquiry.
