What does the removal of the duty concession mean? Who will it apply to, why did we have it and what are the implications? While Finance Minister Dr. Nigel Clarke has said that the salary package for those affected will exceed the benefits from the concession will that package keep up with inflation and is this the best route to go as regards compensation and benefits for those affected?
