Social Media is flooded with videos showing the effects of heavy rainfall in numerous locations around the island, a phenomenon many people have come to expect, following any sustained precipitation. But why is Jamaica so prone to water logging? And how are those responsible, addressing the chronic flooding issues affecting drainage systems around the island?
