JC gets three-year probation for using ineligible player in Manning Cup

In an official statement, the Inter-Secondary Schools Sports Association (ISSA) has disclosed that Jamaica College fielded an ineligible player during the Manning Cup Season opener against Tivoli Gardens on September 8, 2023. ISSA has ruled that Jamaica College will forfeit all three points earned in the match, resulting in a 3-0 victory for Tivoli Gardens High. Additionally, Jamaica College will be subject to a three-year probationary period commencing on September 21, 2023. The player in question, who was found to be ineligible, remains disqualified from participating in the remainder of the season.
