Dr Jason Mckay who presently is challenging Elaine Walker Brown for the presidency of the St Catherine Football Association has rubbished her claim that he broke any rule or that he failed to administer his club New Raiders FC efficiently.
Dr. Mckay has pointed out that the rule they are said to have breached gives the option of registering “through the secretariat “or” through the FIFA connect system”
He insists,” You can’t change rules without changing the rule book. If this rule was changed who changed it? Where are the minutes of the meeting? In fact, where are the minutes of the meeting of any meeting she has held”. He further questions, “Why didn’t she answer one of the emails when my club was rejected by the system, seven times and seven emails?
She just committed a blatant abuse of power by disqualifying the club because she can. We appealed “her “ decision and “she “ told us we have no grounds. How in the world can you appeal a decision to a legally constituted body and the person who you are appealing against is the same person who us determining if you have grounds or not.?
This type of conduct is only possible because the JFF” claims” they cannot interfere.
My history in Sports administration speaks for itself. I have held two world martial arts championships in Jamaica hosting dozens of foreign countries managed a Jamaican athlete to the Olympics games in Tae Kwon Do for the London Olympics on the only occasion that Jamaica ever qualified a fighter. I have been the manager of a football club, the President of a football club, and the sponsor of not one but two parish football associations.
What has she done other than use the association as a footstool to enter the JFF?
