Peter Reid and Jason McKay Deny Suing SCFA, Reaffirm Legal Action Against Elaine Walker Brown”

Former SCFA President Peter Reid and recent presidential candidate Jason McKay, who have both served Elaine Walker Brown with legal documents regarding defamation proceedings, report that they have been contacted by attorneys claiming to represent the SCFA and Elaine Walker Brown in the matter.

In a press release, they both maintain that they have served “Elaine Walker Brown “ They have not nor do they have any intention to sue SCFA and stoutly oppose and denounce any attempt to join SCFA in the proceedings or to use SCFA resources to pay legal fees or settle their case.

Former SCFA president Peter Reid and recent presidential candidate Jason Mckay , who have both served Elaine Walker Brown legal documents re Defamation proceedings are reporting that they have been contacted by Attorneys claiming to have been retained by SCFA and representing Elaine Walker Brown in the matter.
Both have issued a joint statement saying that they have not sued SCFA or served SCFA intentions to sue for defamation. They both maintain that they have served “Elaine Walker Brown “ They have not nor do they have any intention to sue SCFA and stoutly oppose and denounce any attempt to join SCFA in the proceedings or to use SCFA resources to pay legal fees or settle their case.
Jason mckay further maintains that SCFA’s name does not appear on the legal documents served by his attorney and the address that the correspondence was delivered to is the home of Elaine Walker Brown not the offices of SCFA.
“I dont want one penny of the monies owed by her for defaming me to be paid by SCFA. She is the one who made the remarks whilst on live television. SCFA didn’t send her to defame me , she did and i have no interest in taking any legal action against SCFA for actions committed by Mrs Walker Brown on a tirade of her own “ SCFA money belongs to the affiliates not its board or its president “
